As I reported earlier, we had a BUNCH of snow this morning.
Bill's school district cancelled school for the day. However, I was feeling guilty about Hallmarkland. So we left our neighborhood for a test drive.
This is what we found 1.5 blocks from our house (on the same curve that my car could not make during the last snowstorm)...
Yes, we asked if we could help (the driver said "no", he had already called it in). We asked if there were kids on board (the driver said "no", he had already dropped them off). And yes, it made the local nightly news.
From my neighborhood. And no, my little Red Hot was not in the ditch during the last snowstorm, I just backed down the curve and parked at my neighbor's house. Because that is how I roll. ;)
Your roads look treacherous. Was the store opened today? I saw on the Seattle news how many of our hills were closed to traffic. Wasn't it incredible how the snow fell so fast and furious yesterday? Rich had to keep sweeping the snow off the greenhouse last night 2/23. When I woke up this morning, I looked out the window to see what I like to call. "Dr. Zhivagoland". I was fascinated to see the snow sculptures that had been created during the night. I wonder if Elijah is having fun in the snow?
