FACT: Steve Carell (a.k.a. Michael Scott) is retiring from the show after this season.
FACT: Producers of "The Office" say the show will go on...
FACT: Then the employees at Dunder Mifflin will need a new boss.
FACT: British Ricky Gervais not only played the office manager during the British run of this show; he is also the executive producer of our American version.
(Drumroll, please..............) Here is my prediction:
PREDICTION: Either 1) this clip is a hint of what is coming?!?! and Ricky Gervais' character has just been introduced to Dunder Mifflin (via the chance meeting with Michael Scott) and could POTENTIALLY be the next boss
or 2) it was all just fun & games to keep us guessing and for them to share some TV screen time.
